Returns Policy

1. Returns Policy – Non Warranty Returns

a. This returns policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

b. Merchandise purchased from a MaxxWell Australia event, stall or online may be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase for size change or a defective product, excluding change of mind.

c. For hygienic reasons MaxxWell Australia cannot accept return of earrings.

d. Any goods returned must be in new and saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt and original packaging.

e. Please contact CustomerCare@MaxxWellAustralia.com.au for returns address and information needed to comply.

f. Special orders will be eligible for a return/exchange at the discretion of MaxxWell Australia. Refer to conditions of sale provided at time of order.

f. Any refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the original purchase.

2. Warranty and Extended Guarantee Returns

a. MaxxWell Australia offers an automatic Standard Guarantee of twelve months from the date of purchase on all jewellery against defects in material and/or workmanship. .

b. Any defects in material and/or workmanship that become evident during the Standard Guarantee validity period will be remedied only by MaxxWell Australia. The form of remedy will be at the sole discretion of MaxxWell Australia and will be limited to repair, replacement or refund.

c. In order to claim a remedy under the Standard Guarantee the goods must be returned for assessment and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

e. The Standard Guarantee does not include the following to the extent they are permitted in the relevant legislation;

i. Damage due to ordinary wear and tear,

ii. Damage due to misuse, accident, alteration, substitution or abuse,

iii. Repairs and alterations performed by someone other than MaxxWell Australia,

iv. Theft, disappearance or loss (including loss of gem stones), and

v. Any type of use causing damage or deterioration.

d. MaxxWell Australia reserves the right to judge whether the jewellery has been subject to any of the above mentioned exclusions.

e. Some of the jewellery is gold plated. This gold plating can wear off during normal wear and tear. Accordingly, any gold plating is excluded from the Standard Guarantee.

f. When jewellery is repaired under guarantee or warranty, only the remaining term of the original Standard Guarantee will continue to apply. When jewellery is replaced under guarantee or warranty, the new item of jewellery will automatically come with a new Standard Guarantee of twelve months from the date of replacement.

g. The warranty is null and voided when jewellery has been exposed to water, with the exception of the waterproof sportEX silicone bracelets.
