COVID-19

Please note that due to Covid-19:

(1) The Standard Delivery is affected which may mean that the receipt of your order might take much longer than anticipated.

(2) We are unable to guarantee the overnight Express Post delivery option.

 

Delivery – Christmas 2020:

 

Australia Post has set a December 12 postage deadline to guarantee parcels will be delivered before Christmas Day and December 19 as the guarantee for Express Post deliveries.

Delivery – Our Process:

MaxxWell Australia online orders are shipped out on the same business day if received before 1:00pm, or the next business day subject to all items on the orders being in stock.  If not in stock, the customer will be contacted and advised of the ETA of the items.

The MaxxWell Australia website lists several items that are special order. These special order items may take up to 3-4 weeks as they are shipped from Germany.

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post with a Tracking Number.  We will email the customer the tracking number.

Delivery – Charges & Options:

 

You have several options to choose from.  The prices listed below are effective as of 30 April 2021:

(1) Delivery by Regular Post is a flat $9.40

(2) Delivery by Express Post is a flat $12.40

(3) International delivery is a flat AUD 20.00
