1. Returns Policy – Non Warranty Returns

a. This returns policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

b. Goods purchased from a MaxxWell Australia event, stall or online may be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase for size change or a defective product, excluding change of mind.

c. Any goods returned must be in new, unused, saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt, price ticket and original packaging.

e. Please contact CustomerCare@MaxxWellAustralia.com.au to notify us of a return and/or exchange.

Note: We closely monitor any activity that may lead to the need to remove our postal address if receiving large numbers of unsolicited mail.  

f. For goods purchased online, we do a refund less the cost of P&H.  P&H will only be refunded IF the item is faulty.

g. Any refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the original purchase within 1-7 business days.

h. Unfortunately, some goods are excluded from the Returns Policy;

i. For hygienic reasons MaxxWell Australia cannot accept return of earrings.

ii. Special orders, including non standard stock sizes, will not be eligible for a return.

2. Exchange Policy

a. You can exchange your online purchased goods for a different size.  The exchange will be processed as a return and you will be charged/refunded any cost in size difference should that apply.

b. However, you may be charged extra P&H fees for the additional administration and postal expenses incurred.

c. Alternatively, if you include a Prepaid Satchel with your item to be exchanged for another size, you will not be charged P&H. 


3. Warranty and Extended Guarantee Returns

a. MaxxWell Australia offers an automatic Standard Guarantee of twelve months from the date of purchase on all jewellery against defects in material and/or workmanship.

b. Any defects in material and/or workmanship that become evident during the Standard Guarantee validity period will be remedied only by MaxxWell Australia. The form of remedy will be at the sole discretion of MaxxWell Australia and will be limited to repair, replacement or refund.

c. In order to claim a remedy under the Standard Guarantee the goods must be returned for assessment and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

d. The Standard Guarantee does not include the following to the extent they are permitted in the relevant legislation;

i. Damage due to ordinary wear and tear,

ii. Damage due to misuse, accident, alteration, substitution or abuse,

iii. Repairs and alterations performed by someone other than MaxxWell Australia,

iv. Theft, disappearance or loss (including loss of gem stones), and

v. Any type of use causing damage or deterioration.

e. MaxxWell Australia reserves the right to judge whether the jewellery has been subject to any of the above mentioned exclusions.

f. Some of the jewellery is gold plated. This gold plating can wear off during normal wear and tear. Accordingly, any gold plating is excluded from the Standard Guarantee.

g. When jewellery is repaired under guarantee or warranty, only the remaining term of the original Standard Guarantee will continue to apply. When jewellery is replaced under guarantee or warranty, the new item of jewellery will automatically come with a new Standard Guarantee of twelve months from the date of replacement.

h. The warranty is null and voided when jewellery has been exposed to water, with the exception of the waterproof items.
